31New Years Eve Late Night Ski Party and Rail Jam
Ski, Ride and Tube until Midnight – Rail Jam from 6pm to 9pm
Another year has come and gone, and we are here to welcome in 2009 with a bang (literally). As always fireworks will start at 10pm, following the rail jam. The NYE Rail Jam will of course take place somewhere in the base area, yet to be decided. Registration fees for the rail jam will again be 2 non-perishable food items to be donated to local food pantries, to help those in need around the holiday’s. If you would like to bring food to donate, and not participate in the rail jam you are more than welcome, or bring in as much non-perishable food as you wish and we will ensure it gets to the food pantries. There will be a DJ in the peak bar, as well as outdoors for the rail jam. Party favors, dancing, drink specials, and no cover for the bar make Cascade Mountain the place to spend your New Year’s Eve. Special event lighting, tons of prizes and lots of swag for competitors and spectators alike will round out this action packed evening.
