Thinking of planning a trip, or coming to see us soon? Here are the answers to some common questions you may have.
Because we have limited capacity, on Weekends and Holidays pre-purchasing your tickets is required. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tickets for any day in order to ensure you’re able to get your tickets. Pre-purchasing Tubing Tickets is always required. If you see the day/time available for purchase on the website, that means we are not currently sold out.
Nope! Season Passes are good for any day the pass is normally valid, no reservation needed.
We will only be accepting card and digital forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cascade e-gift cards.
We have Cash-2-Card self-service kiosks located in the Peak Lodge, Sports Shop, Tube Town, and Daisy. These kiosks act as reverse ATMs, meaning you put cash in, and receive a prepaid card that can be used anywhere that cards are accepted, not just at Cascade! There are no activation fees, which means the amount you put in is the amount that you get back. There is a $3.95 dormancy fee after 92 days of inactivity.
One paid adult is enough for up to 5 kids 12 and under in your traveling party to get a free lift ticket. This includes adult Season Passes- just make sure you have the child(ren) present at the ticket window. Keep in mind that Junior tickets and passes do not count as a paid adult, and keep in mind all children 12 and under will need to still pay for rental equipment if needed.
Yes. In order to be on the snow using skiing/snowboarding equipment, you need to have a valid Lift Ticket or Season Pass.
Cascade welcomes service animals as defined by the ADA, and recognize the important role they play in many of our customers’ lives; however, we do not allow pets.
No, due to safety concern while loading and unloading lifts, snow skates and snow bikes are not allowed.
No worries, you can purchase rentals in person at Cascade Mountain. Just make sure you pick up your lift ticket first, then stop at any one of our open ticket windows and we can help you out.
Sorry- because we can’t be sure our boots will safely and properly fit your equipment or vice versa, we do not offer a partial rental package. The exceptions to this are a Helmet Only rental, or a Poles Only rental.
Lessons are available to book in advance on our website. Private ski/snowboard Lessons are $120 per hour for up to 5 people who are traveling together.
While we can certainly teach that lesson, we recommend kids and adults take separate lessons due to the different teaching styles involved.
While helmets are not required to ski, snowboard, or snowtube, they are highly recommended.
