Ski Patrol

Are you interested in becoming a patroller?

  1. Fill out the patrol application.
  2. Attend the “ski along” with the patrol in February.
  3. Attend the orientation meeting, where you learn about the time and financial commitments.
  4. Begin Outdoor Emergency Care Course.
  5. Complete and pass the Outdoor Emergency Care Course (OEC). 
  6. Orientation at the hill and Patroller 101 in November.
  7. Begin toboggan training and ski proficiency training when the hill opens, usually November.
  8. Complete lift evacuation training.
  9. Complete and pass toboggan training and ski proficiency, usually February.
