Q: Are you limiting tickets for skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing? How do I ensure that I can plan a trip for a specific day?

A: Because we have limited capacity, on Weekends and Holidays pre-purchasing your tickets is required. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tickets for any day in order to ensure you're able to get your tickets. Pre-purchasing Tubing Tickets is always required. If you see the day/time available for purchase on the website, that means we are not currently sold out.

Q: I have a Season Pass. Do I have to reserve my tickets?

A: Nope! Season Passes are good for any day the pass is normally valid, no reservation needed.

Q: Do I need to reserve rentals?

A: Rentals can be purchased along with tickets on our web store. Please select the 'Lift + Rental' item when you're choosing what type of tickets you want. No reservations are necessary, just fill out the rental form that you are issued at Cascade Mountain. Please note, minors unaccompanied by a parent/guardian and renting will need a waiver filled out online.

Q: What are your prices/lift hours for the day I want to visit?

A: Check our hours and rates calendar for up-to-date information.

Q: I know kids ski free with a paid adult, is it one kid per adult?

A: One paid adult is enough for all kids 12 and under in your traveling party to get a free lift ticket. This includes adult Season Passes- just make sure you have the child(ren) present at the ticket window. Keep in mind that Junior tickets and passes do not count as a paid adult, and keep in mind all children 12 and under will need to still pay for rental equipment if needed.

Q: I'm just a beginner and I won't be using the chairlift. Do I still need a Lift Ticket?

A: Yes. In order to be on the snow using skiing/snowboarding equipment, you need to have a valid Lift Ticket or Season Pass.

Q: I want to come to Tube Town with other people, but I won't be tubing. Is that okay?

A: It is, but in order to be sure we are safely limiting occupancy, you need to have a Tubing Ticket to enter the Tube Town facilities. Tubing Tickets must be purchased on our website.

Q: Do you rent boots only, or do you have a partial rental package?

A: Sorry- because we can't be sure our boots will safely and properly fit your equipment or vice versa, we do not offer a partial rental package. The exceptions to this are a Helmet Only rental, or a Poles Only rental.

Q: Do you have Lessons available?

A: Lessons are available to book in advance on our website. Private ski/snowboard Lessons are $120 per hour for up to 5 people who are traveling together.

Q: Can adults take a lesson with their children?

A: While we can certainly teach that lesson, we recommend kids and adults take separate lessons due to the different teaching styles involved.
