Anyone who is able to ride the lift and the tube by themselves. We do not have any restrictions on age, height, etc. It is up to the parent/guardian to determine if the child can safely snow tube alone. We do allow an adult to “link” to the child’s tube, but the child should be able to link correctly.
No experience is needed, just hop in your tube and enjoy the ride.
Not to worry! Our state-of-the-art snowmaking system keeps the snow tubing area packed with plenty of snow all winter long.
We allow one person per tube. We do allow children to “link” to an adult/guardian tube. Two tubes linked together maximum. Linking may not be allowed based on conditions. Linking is not allowed on fast days.
We do require that everyone sign a Tubing Waiver form. A parent/guardian signature is required for anyone under 18. A copy of the Tubing Waiver form is available for download here.
We will only be accepting card and digital forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cascade e-gift cards.
We have Cash-2-Card self-service kiosks located in the Peak Lodge, Sports Shop, Tube Town, and Daisy. These kiosks act as reverse ATMs, meaning you put cash in, and receive a prepaid card that can be used anywhere that cards are accepted, not just at Cascade! There are no activation fees, which means the amount you put in is the amount that you get back. There is a $3.95 dormancy fee after 92 days of inactivity.
Cascade welcomes service animals as defined by the ADA, and recognize the important role they play in many of our customers’ lives; however, we do not allow pets.
The tube rental is included in the cost of the tubing tickets. For safety reasons personal sleds are not allowed on the tubing hill, ski runs or the base area. Please keep them in your vehicle.
You can effortlessly ride back up the hill on our state-of-the-art magic carpet.
Dress accordingly for the weather and as if you were going sledding or any type of outdoor winter activity. We suggest dressing in layers and waterproof clothing is recommended.
